NeedleBook provides optional transactional text notifications to artists and studios who choose to opt in. NeedleBook helps artists and studios manage booking requests, appointments, deposits, client records, and related service workflows.
Operational SMS program
Messages may include:

- Deposit and payment updates
- Cancellations and appointment changes
- Important account and service notifications
Artists and studios receive these messages only when they choose to opt in. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create or use a NeedleBook account.
